Welcome to the CAVC Financial Contingency Fund application form

Through this page you can apply for assistance with childcare funding, travel passes, petrol, kit, meals, DBS payments and membership or registration fees. 

The guidelines provided may be subject to change upon publication of Welsh Government guidance for Financial Contingency Fund allocations. Allocations are also subject to any budgetary changes that the Welsh Government may enforce.

The college is registered under the Data Protection Act. Personal data will only be gathered and used for the purposes stated in the College's registration under the Act. Due to the College's Data Protection Policy, the College will not discuss this application with any person other than you (the applicant) without your permission.

The College may send text messages or email to you with regards to the status of your application - please ensure that the contact details we hold for you are correct and up-to-date.

To be eligible for assistance:

• You must be a full time learner studying at least 12 hours per week.
• You must be on a further education course. We are unable to support learners on a higher education course.
• You must have no restricition on your stay in the UK. And you must have been in the country for three years prior to the course start date. 

FCF awards are discretionary and not an entitlement. Funds are limited and no awards are guaranteed. 

Applications may be submitted in English or Welsh and all applications are treated equally.

If an interview is required and you wish to use Welsh during the interview please let us know. We will facilitate this through inviting a Welsh speaking colleague or by arranging simultaneous translation where appropriate.

Efallai y bydd y canllawiau a ddarperir yn newid yn sgil cyhoeddi canllawiau Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer dyraniadau'r Gronfa Ariannol Wrth Gefn. Mae dyraniadau hefyd yn ddarostyngedig i unrhyw newidiadau cyllidebol y gall Llywodraeth Cymru eu gorfodi.

Mae'r coleg wedi'i gofrestru dan y Ddeddf Diogelu Data. Ni chaiff data personol ei gasglu a chaiff ei  ddefnyddio yn unig ar gyfer y dibenion a nodir yng nghofrestriad y Coleg o dan y Ddeddf. • Rhaid i chi fod yn ddysgwr amser llawn sy'n astudio o leiaf 12 awr yr wythnos
• Rhaid i chi fod ar gwrs addysg bellach. Ni allwn gefnogi dysgwyr sydd ar gyrsiau addysg uwch.
• Rhaid i chi sicrhau nad oes unrhyw gyfyngiad ar eich arhosiad yn y DU. Ac mae'n rhaid i chi fod wedi bod yn y wlad am dair blynedd cyn dyddiad cychwyn y cwrs. (Ar hyn o bryd nid yw'r gronfa CCC yn gallu cefnogi ceiswyr lloches)

Mae dyfarniadau FCF yn ddewisol ac nid yn hawl. Mae'r arian yn gyfyngedig ac ni warantir unrhyw ddyfarniadau.

Gallwch gyflwyno eich cais yn y Gymraeg neu’r Saesneg. Bydd pob cais yn cael ei drin yn gyfartal.

Os yw cyfweliad yn ofynnol a hoffech ddefnyddio’r Gymraeg yn ystod y cyfweliad, rhowch wybod i ni. Byddwn yn hwyluso hyn drwy wahodd aelod o staff sy’n siarad Cymraeg i’r cyfweliad neu drwy ddarparu gwasanaeth cyfieithu ar y pryd, pryd bynnag mae hynny’n briodol.
